Amanda is joint Founder of Peak Talent Partners Ltd and a senior resourcing and recruitment specialist with over 10 years’ experience delivering senior and executive hiring solutions within the supply chain and logistics sector.

She has led complex, multi-site recruitment across Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences and Healthcare Logistics, most notably as Head of Resourcing for DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland. In this role, Amanda partnered closely with Managing Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders to appoint critical leadership and specialist roles across the UK and internationally.

Amanda brings deep expertise in building and transforming recruitment functions. Her achievements throughout her career include leading the successful implementation and go-live of a new recruitment system across DHL for over 4,500 hiring manager users; establishing and integrating an offshore recruitment team for Williams Lea in India to reduce cost to hire; and acting as Project Mobilise Workstream Lead during Covid, coordinating the redeployment of more than 2,000 DHL employees to maintain operational continuity.

She is also recognised for her leadership in military recruitment, serving as Military Recruitment Lead and an active member of the DHL Military Steering Group, where she was instrumental in achieving the ERS Gold Award in recognition of outstanding support to the Armed Forces community.

In addition to her recruitment leadership, Amanda moved into a VP Human Resources role within Life Sciences & Healthcare, strengthening her ability to assess leadership capability, organisational fit, and long-term impact in highly regulated environments. Becoming accredited as an Insights Practitioner in 2017, Amanda is experienced in facilitating team sessions to elevate performance and enhance communication.

Anne Tolfree – Director and Co-Founder

Anne Tolfree is a Co-Founder of Peak Talent Partners Ltd., a specialist executive search and senior recruitment consultancy focused exclusively on the supply chain and logistics sector.

With over 20 years’ experience in senior and executive-level hiring, Anne has built a career delivering leadership appointments within some of the most complex operational environments globally. She spent over a decade in senior talent leadership roles at DHL Supply Chain, where she was responsible for recruiting senior management, executive and Board-level leaders across the UK, Ireland and international markets. Committed to improving company culture Anne became accredited as an Insights Practitioner, along with completing Facilitator training enabling her to take part in the roll out of a number of initiatives, including DEIB and culture change.

Anne has led executive search activity across supply chain, logistics, operations, HR and corporate functions, partnering closely with C-suite and senior functional leaders on critical leadership, succession and transformation hires. Her experience includes appointing Managing Directors, senior operational leaders and executive specialists, often within high-growth, change-led or turnaround environments.

Having operated as a senior in-house leader herself, Anne brings a unique client-side perspective to executive hiring. She understands the commercial pressures, governance requirements and cultural considerations that underpin successful senior appointments, enabling her to act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
